General Terms

  1. To place an order, the customer must register, which implies acceptance of the general terms. Registration is completely free. Registration means providing personal data to our company. This data is protected in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883 from 1997. The data will be used for order processing and will not be disclosed to third parties.
  2. All prices are net prices per piece. For customers from Poland, VAT is added after adding the products to the shopping cart.

We establish cooperation based on the internal rules of Pako Bako company to ensure productive business communication in the present and desirable in the future. Please take 5 minutes now to carefully review the terms of cooperation, and you will save many hours later.

The online store was created for owners of retail stores, online shops, and anyone involved in footwear sales.

  1. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after payment is made. Usually, on the day of payment. During periods of high demand, delays may occur (April-May and September-October).
  2. Once the order is prepared, it is reserved for 3 working days. If payment is not received within this time, the order will be canceled.
  3. Goods can be shipped after full payment or cash on delivery.
  4. To prevent any problems due to mismatched pairs or obvious damages, please check the product immediately upon receipt. We will only consider a claim for missing items if the complaint is directed to the courier company.

Return Terms

In the case of receiving unmatched pairs of shoes or obvious manufacturing defects, it is possible to return or exchange the product. The necessary condition for resolving the issue is to report the complaint within 3 days of receiving the ordered shoes. We will recalculate the refund amount for your next order.
Manufacturers do not consider the following as defects (return shipping costs are borne by the buyer):

Shoe odor

  • Issues with glowing elements
  • Inscriptions on the sole
  • Shade discrepancy between the photo and reality
  • Brand/logo on the shoes does not match the description
  • Shoes made of genuine leather may have creases

 

Unsold or disliked goods are not eligible for return or exchange. The shoes are delivered on the website as they are shown in the pictures, from various factories. We do not know how they will behave during usage. We strive to cooperate only with trusted manufacturers; however, models are subject to exchange and return under the conditions specified above and in accordance with the following principles:

  • Complaints regarding quality should be sent to your manager via Viber.
  • Complaints should include a photo showing the missing item.
  • We accept returns ONLY in the original packaging (box).

 

We always stand by the Buyer's side in disputed matters with the manufacturer if the Buyer has familiarized themselves with and fulfilled the terms of cooperation with our company.
